Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 10-15 business days, depending on your location. While most orders arrive within this window, please allow up to 20 business days during high-demand periods (such as holidays) before reaching out about a delayed order.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and select countries in Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Veléne Skin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Veléne Skin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at veleneskin@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
