14-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Veléne products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received them, with all original packaging, seals, and labels intact. Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of use cannot be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return
Email us at veleneskin@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at veleneskin@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except in cases of damage or defect.
